• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for returns.
• Return Process: Customers must contact us via email with proof of purchase and photos of the item to request a return authorization before sending it back.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
